Global Skilled Workforce, Inc. (formerly Kotobuki International Promotions, Inc.) is a company incorporated in the Philippines. GLOBAL recently established an office in Pasay (Metro Manila) and the accreditation of Visa Workforce Pty Ltd was transferred to GLOBAL. This accreditation enables Visa Workforce to act on behalf of ANY employer in Australia, which greatly simplifies recruitment and processing of Philippines workers. Owners and directors of GLOBAL include HR practitioners and staff with backgrounds in mining, construction and hospitality (see below).
